These terms cover use of the Fixup Renovation website, operated by Daniel Murtasi, ABN 40 135 721 795.
Enquiries are a starting point
Submitting a form, emailing or calling asks us to discuss your project. It does not mean a quote has been accepted, a booking has been made, work has been contracted or a payment has been taken. This website does not take payments.
Scope and licensing
Daniel Murtasi holds QBCC Licence No. 15587895, with an active Waterproofing trade contractor class checked on 10 October 2026. The separate Builder – Medium Rise site-supervisor licence is not a builder contractor licence. This website offers waterproofing work within the relevant licensed scope.
Kitchen and broader project topics invite scope questions. They do not offer complete kitchen or bathroom renovations, bathroom construction, cabinetry, standalone tiling, flooring, wall changes, plumbing or electrical work as Fixup contractor services. Any quote must identify the waterproofing work, contracting licensee and agreed scope. This website does not promise that Fixup arranges or contracts for the other work.
Visits, quotes and work arrangements
Any arrangements for a visit or work, including charges, scope, timing, deposits, cancellations and other terms, must be discussed and agreed separately before commitment. Daniel does not charge for quote visits, inspections or consultations. Charges and payment arrangements for the actual work must be agreed separately. It sets no deposit, refund or cancellation policy.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. These website terms do not replace the terms and statutory requirements of a later work contract.
Information on this site
Service descriptions are general information. They are not a diagnosis of your property, an accepted quote or a guarantee of a particular result. Review highlights are attributed excerpts from historical Google reviews, checked on the stated date. Current reviews can be read on Google.
Responsible use
Provide accurate contact details for your own enquiry or a request you are authorised to make. Do not use the form for spam, unlawful material or another person’s sensitive information. Do not attempt to interfere with the website.
