What the enquiry form collects
First and last name, phone number, selected services, project description and consent to send an enquiry. Email is optional. Required fields help Daniel understand and respond to the request. You can instead contact Daniel directly.
Please do not submit access codes, identification documents, tenant contact details, health information or other sensitive information. The form has no file uploads and the website takes no payments.
How enquiry information is used
To consider your request, contact you and discuss the work and related correspondence. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. The hosted server sends your enquiry through Resend to fixuprenovation@gmail.com, Daniel’s Gmail inbox. A supplied email address can be used as the reply address.
A success message confirms acceptance by the email service, not guaranteed inbox arrival. An enquiry does not accept a quote, book work or make a payment.
Hosting and spam protection
The current host is OpenAI ChatGPT Sites. Hosting processes website requests and submitted form information. Technical requests can include IP addresses, browser details, request times and requested pages.
The application uses signed form tokens, an identifier derived from an IP address, temporary counters and submission fingerprints to reduce spam and repeated submissions. It does not create an enquiry database or log enquiry bodies. Provider records are separate from this temporary application state.
Browser storage and external services
The application code sets no cookies and installs no website analytics, advertising pixels, remotely hosted fonts or social widgets. Using the footer animation switch saves a full or reduced animation preference in this browser’s local storage. It is not sent with enquiries. The application does not save enquiry drafts to browser storage; browser autofill and page restoration are controlled by your browser.
Home and Service Area automatically request map tiles from OpenStreetMap when the map approaches the visible part of the page or a suburb tab is selected, without a separate map click. Tile requests give OpenStreetMap and its delivery infrastructure technical information such as your IP address, browser/request details and a referring site address. The current referrer policy sends the site origin rather than the full page path on cross-origin tile requests. Panning and zooming can request more tiles. Google reviews and social profiles are external links, not embedded widgets. Their sites load when followed and have their own information practices. Contact buttons can copy the displayed contact detail to your clipboard when pressed. See the Cookies Policy for storage and private-preview session information.
The manager’s separate contact details are for website-design enquiries. The Fixup quote form sends to Daniel’s inbox, not the manager’s displayed email address. Direct website-design correspondence is a separate activity whose handling should be confirmed with the manager.
Retention and overseas processing
Delivered enquiries and later correspondence are held in Daniel’s Gmail account. The website does not instruct Gmail to delete messages. Daniel keeps enquiry emails until he manually deletes them; there is no fixed deletion schedule. This practice was confirmed by the owner on 11 October 2026.
Resend states that message content and delivery records are stored in the United States. Its published email/log retention is 30 days on Free, Pro and Scale plans; Enterprise arrangements can differ and backups have a separate lifecycle. The sending region does not determine storage location. Check the account’s applicable arrangements before treating a published period as this business’s complete retention rule. OpenAI Sites does not currently offer Sites data residency. Google and map delivery infrastructure also operate internationally. Hosting, email and map requests may involve overseas processing. The host’s request-log retention, applicable account agreements and further practicable country details remain to be confirmed before public launch. Deleting a Gmail message does not by itself remove separate Resend or hosting records. Provider deletion and backup processes are separate.
Access, correction and concerns
Contact Daniel using the details above to ask about information held for your enquiry, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Describe the enquiry or concern so it can be identified. Reasonable identity checks may be needed before personal information is disclosed. A detailed complaint-handling practice has not yet been confirmed; this draft makes no response-time promise.
If a concern remains unresolved, see the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Its jurisdiction depends on the business’s circumstances and applicable law.
